These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReRouter website, your ReRouter account, ReRouter OS and purchases of ReRouter products.
By creating an account, using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller Information
ReRouter is operated by:
- Trading name: ReRouter
- Email: support@rerouter.link
2. ReRouter Products
ReRouter currently offers products including:
- ReRouter One Essential
- ReRouter One Pro
- ReRouter OS
Product specifications, included accessories and compatibility are displayed on the relevant product page.
Images and renders are provided for presentation purposes. Minor visual differences may exist between renders and the final manufactured product.
We will not intentionally substitute materially different hardware without clearly informing the customer.
3. ReRouter Accounts
A ReRouter account is required to purchase products and manage registered devices.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your password secure;
- protecting access to your email account;
- notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not access another user's orders, devices or account information without authorization.
4. Orders
An order is not considered paid merely because it has been submitted through the website.
Orders may have the following statuses:
- Pending payment
- Paid
- Processing
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Cancelled
An order becomes paid only after the payment has been successfully verified by our backend systems.
We may cancel an order if:
- payment cannot be verified;
- the amount received is incorrect;
- fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected;
- the product is unavailable;
- fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
Where required, any amount owed back to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
ReRouter currently supports:
- ETH
- SOL
- LTC
- USDT
Only currencies and networks explicitly displayed during checkout should be used.
The checkout page will display the amount expected for your order.
You are responsible for checking:
- the cryptocurrency;
- the blockchain/network;
- the destination address;
- the amount;
- and the transaction details
before sending a payment.
Do not send cryptocurrency to an address or network that is not shown by the ReRouter checkout.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. If funds are sent using an unsupported currency, incorrect network or incorrect address, recovery may not be technically possible.
ReRouter will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
6. Prices
Product prices are displayed before checkout.
The final purchase price and any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you place the order.
When cryptocurrency is selected, the required cryptocurrency amount may be calculated from the product price at checkout.
The amount displayed for an active checkout may be temporarily locked for that payment session.
7. Shipping
ReRouter ships only to destinations currently supported at checkout.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has shipped, available tracking information will appear in the customer's ReRouter account.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer law, consumers purchasing ReRouter products online have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, contact:
returns@rerouter.link
and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Products should be returned with all supplied components and accessories.
Customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law and where this was properly disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms reduces any mandatory consumer rights.
9. Defective Products and Legal Guarantee
ReRouter products are covered by all mandatory conformity and legal guarantee rights applicable to the sale.
For consumers in the European Union, new goods are generally protected by a minimum two-year legal guarantee against defects or lack of conformity.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the sales contract.
Contact support@rerouter.link if you believe your ReRouter is defective.
10. ReRouter OS
Official ReRouter hardware includes access to the ReRouter OS version specified with the product.
ReRouter OS may also be available separately for compatible third-party hardware.
Installing ReRouter OS on third-party hardware does not transform that hardware into official ReRouter-manufactured hardware.
Compatibility may vary depending on the hardware configuration.
11. Device Registration
Compatible devices may be linked to a ReRouter account using:
- a serial number; and
- a device password or other authentication credential.
Serial numbers must be unique.
You may only register a device that you own or are authorized to manage.
ReRouter may automatically determine the device model based on its serial number or device identity.
12. Device Controls
The ReRouter dashboard may provide controls including:
- Ad Blocking
- Tracker Blocking
- Secure DNS
- Firewall settings
- Privacy settings
- Network configuration
Some dashboard functionality may initially be provided as preview, beta or simulated functionality.
Features marked as preview or beta should not be relied upon for critical security purposes.
13. Security and Privacy Features
ReRouter is designed to provide users with additional control over their network.
However, no router, firewall, filtering system or security product can guarantee complete security, anonymity or protection from every threat.
ReRouter does not guarantee that:
- every advertisement will be blocked;
- every tracker will be detected;
- every malicious website will be blocked;
- your connection will be anonymous;
- or your network will be impossible to compromise.
Users remain responsible for maintaining secure passwords, keeping devices updated and using their network lawfully.
14. Updates
ReRouter OS may receive software, functionality and security updates.
Updates may change features, interfaces or configuration options.
Where software updates are legally required to maintain conformity of a product, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Trade In
ReRouter Trade In is currently marked as Coming Soon.
Displaying Trade In on the website does not constitute an offer or guarantee that a particular device will be eligible.
Eligibility, valuation, conditions and availability will be published before the service launches.
No Trade In request can currently be created through the website.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not use ReRouter services to:
- access another person's account without permission;
- intentionally interfere with ReRouter infrastructure;
- bypass ReRouter authentication systems;
- abuse APIs or automated services;
- distribute malware through our services;
- or use our infrastructure for unlawful activity.
This section does not prevent legitimate security research on devices or software you own where permitted by law.
17. Intellectual Property
ReRouter branding, original website content, original user-interface designs and proprietary ReRouter software are owned by or licensed to ReRouter.
Third-party software included with ReRouter OS remains subject to its respective open-source or commercial licenses.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights granted to you under applicable open-source software licenses.
18. Third-Party Hardware and Services
ReRouter products may incorporate or operate using third-party components and technologies.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party hardware do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
19. Service Availability
We may temporarily suspend online services for:
- maintenance;
- security updates;
- technical failures;
- abuse prevention;
- or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will try to minimize disruption where reasonably possible.
Core router functionality should not be intentionally disabled solely because a ReRouter online service is temporarily unavailable, except where an online service is technically required for that particular feature.
20. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent legally permitted, ReRouter is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from misuse, unsupported modifications or configurations outside the product's intended operation.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, services or legal obligations change.
The date at the top of this document will indicate the latest revision.
Material changes affecting registered users may also be communicated through the website, account dashboard or email.
